I Tech Masters, we understand the importance of being able to not only provide quality installations but to deliver CCTV servicing, repairs and maintenance, either on an ad-hoc basis or through a programmed preventive maintenance plan.
We are able to provide a maintenance package plan to ensure your system performs at its peak and to provide assurance that your system offers years of trouble-free experience.
Please note: Camera systems supplied and installed by I Tech Masters are automatically provided with a basic tier package free of charge for the first 12 months. With the option available to upgrade to a higher tier package.

Phone Support / Remote Support
- Weekday business hours support – Access to tech support relating to CCTV enquiries
- Weekly health check to ensure system is fully operational
- Fault monitoring alerts submitted via email if a system encounters a fault
- Automatic firmware upgrades(camera & recorder) as manufactures make theme available
On Site Technician Support
- First 60 minutes of onsite labour included on two separate site visit
Maintenance
- Visually inspect and test head end equipment to ensure trouble free operation
- Inspect and clean CCTV camera body including lens with microfibre cloth & mild cleaning solution
- Disassemble CCTV recorder and clean internal circuitry boards, power supplies and cooling fans
- Data storage hard drive health check and re-initialisation as required during inspection
- Load test power back up devices (UPS) to ensure trouble free operation (if applicable)
Emergency Support
- 24/7 After hours phone technical support (incl email & Facebook support)
- 24/7 Technical remote management support
- Priority site attendance due to failure of CCTV system,
- Loan unit recorder supplied and installed should your recorder need to be sent away for repairs
- After hours site attendance and first 60 minutes of onsite labour included for one emergency site visit

Repair & Replacement
We can repair or replace a variety of CCTV equipment, from cameras, hard drives, power supplies etc.
CCTV Upgrades
Which include analogue to digital upgrades, supplying new hard drives to provide additional storage, upgrading recorders to accept additional cameras should your recorder be at full capacity, or simply upgrading cameras to suit your needs.
Remote CCTV Access
Want to view your cameras remotely via a smartphone device. Our team could integrate/network many different systems even if we didn’t supply the system.
Please note: Service and maintenance on existing security products not supplied and installed by I Tech Masters are subject to ensuring our technicians are provided with full administrator login details. Should admin logins not be available, this may impact the ability of the access installer programming options and may require further attention or possible replacement of certain components.
